Based on user feedback, we have updated the Graph Reports in SIMON to reflect the kind of statistics you need to pull at a moment's notice!
For those utilizing the SIMON module, click on the images below to view samples of the ready-made reports available to you. Be sure to update your Parklane System to take advantage of these informative reports.

Parklane Graph Reports provide the information you need in a variety of ways. These reports open automatically in Microsoft Excel and are all preformatted with professional graphs and pivot tables and are customizable to suit your specific needs. As such, they provide ultimate flexibility in reporting.

H&S Policy and Procedure Management
Parklane's comprehensive Risk module has added features to assist in ensuring your policy and procedure review/revision deadlines are met. The exciting new features include:
- Automatic customizable review notifications
- Automatic overdue and reminder notices

Rolling out your new software
Rolling out a new process to a large organization can certainly be daunting. Parklane has developed some helpful video tutorials to assist with this task. Each video clearly and concisely explains how to complete the online forms.
Found on the Tutorial section of the Resources page, the following tutorials are currently available:

SIMON Tools
As flu season will soon be upon us, the Parklane Support department would like to remind SIMON users of the tools available to assist you with ensuring a smooth beginning to you flu campaigns!
From your SIMON menu, select 2018+Online Forms. At the end of the drop down is a video tutorial which describes how the new, simplified programs are set up. Also included is a checklist designed to ensure that all the features you wish to utilize have been activated.
Multi Company Search- NEW
For those utilizing mutiple companies, Parklane has introduced the ability to search for an employee across all companies. Whether you are adding or opening a record, this feature will search and display the resulting employee(s) and their corresponding company.
From any company, add or open a record and select the F9 button at the bottom of the panel.
The system will return employees from all companies matching your search criteria.
Continue with your tasks without having to switch companies!
