Our software integrates directly with our privately owned AI server, which is hosted in Parklane's secure data center. All data remains within Canada and is neither shared with third parties nor used for external analysis.
Canada's Privacy Act
Organizations that electronically store personal and medical information must protect the data in accordance with the Canada Privacy Act. We provide the security, tracking, auditing, and data destruction to govern compliance. We comply with Quebec's Law 25 (formally Bill 64) “An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information”. It was adopted from the thorough European Convention on Human Rights’ General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

A customized document management system seamlessly integrates with each employee record.
Criteria are predefined for assigning tasks and target dates. Staff may easily review their outstanding tasks, act on them and reply accordingly.
Create custom form letters indicating where the variable information is to be inserted. On request, a letter is automatically generated and emailed.
Markers are established to trigger notifications to predetermined persons when certain actions occur.
Reporting is available by Managing Staff allowing staff to obtain their own registers, lists, etc.
Time sensitive messages may be posted about an employee that is publicized to those who have been given access to the board.
