New Reports
Incident Reporting:
DH1 - Detailed Cost Report: This report will provide the detail of each invoice or statement of costs that are entered/imported into the system. The report is applicable to all provinces and contains the cost types applicable to each. Click to view Sample.
Note: Should some fields on the report not apply to your organization, remove them from the table and save the report on your server. The report will then appear how you saved it each time you run it. For instructions on saving report styles, click here.
DHZ - Incident Dashboard: This report gives a 4 year snapshot of your organizations Incident Reporting activity including claims, types and corrective actions. Click to view Sample.
DH2 - WSIB Weighted Claim Costs - Ontario Only: Found on the Month End Menu in Incident Reporting, this report replicates Section D of the WSIB Premium Rate Extended Statement. Click to view Sample.
Personal Data
CHC - Activity Dashboard: This graph provides a high level report on 3 modules: Incident Reporting, Disability Management and Work Accommodation. When running the report, enter a retroactive date and report will display all data from that date to today.

CHD - Employee Activity: When in an employee record, this report can be found on the sidebar. It lists records for that employee from Incident Reporting, Disability Management and Work Accommodation. Click to view Sample.

COVID-19
For those using SIMON to track their COVID-19 questionnaires and testing, be sure view the Webforms Report. This will allow you to export and analyse all question responses, test results, and status of the employee (eg. Returned to work or in Quarantine).
Because all questionnaires are customized to each organization, this report requires some additional set up. For assistance, please contact Sarah who will be happy to help configure and save. Any additional changes to the report are the responsibility of the user.
New Feature
A new feature has been added to Form Letters throughout all applicable modules. You can now add an attachment to the email in addition to the attached Form Letter. Simply click "Attach File" and follow the instructions.

Did you know Central Access allows you to view all records for an employee from one location? You can even view all comments and document links from all modules* and view them with a click.
There are many features to see and Central Access can be found directly on the Home Page. Be sure to check them out!

Did you know there are reports in Parklane that you can edit and save? If you find yourself exporting and manipulating data every time you pull a report, check out the exports available in the graphs section.
Every Graph report exports certain fields from Parklane. Choose the one that contains the fields you want. You can view the exported fields available on Graph Descriptions from the Resource Page.
If the resulting report does not display the data in the format you want, simply make the changes you require and save it! The next time you run that report, the data will refresh and be displayed in the format you choose.
