Online Dashboards and Reporting with SQL

Using common reporting software (such as Tableau, Power BI, MS Access, Crystal Reporting, etc), SQL-Sync provides you with the ability to create your own accessible dashboards and leadership reports.

This feature is available for the Parklane Application and KICS.

Disability Management:

NEW - Customizable Online Disability Management Form

For those who have our KICS product, there is now an add-on tool where you can customize an Online Disability Reporting Form that will integrate with the Disability Management Module.

• Parklane’s standard disability fields are pre-loaded into the form
• You may:
• Customize field labels using language familiar to your organization
• Re-arrange questions; exclude questions; add additional questions; determine mandatory questions; customize form behaviour with conditional questions and answers
• Use your organization branding regarding look and colour
• Export all form questions and responses for analysis
• It will allow the user to:
  • Upload multiple attachments
  • Save an incomplete form that may be completed at a later time
  • Print the form prior to submitting it
• Comprehensive and multiple notification emails are included.
• User authentication using LDAP or Federated Services are supported.
• A link to the completed form is automatically added to the claim's Document Links.

Note:
For those currently using KICS: this upgrade can be easily added to your current system. For more information, contact Jeff Wells at j.wells@parklanesys.com.

 

WSIB Weighted Claims Costs - DH2 (Ontario Only)

This report was designed to reproduce Section D of your Premium Rate Extended Statement from WSIB using the costs entered into Parklane. As such, you now have a way to compare these calculations against what WSIB sends. It also includes a page which will assist you in forecasting your premiums for this year. Recommended for those signed up for electronic costs only.

After updating to the latest version of Parklane (at least 18/10/22), you can find this new report under: Graphs > Days and Costs > WSIB Weighted Claims Costs - DH2.
