• Control Management - Online form that allows area leaders to manage their outstanding controls (new)
• Risk Review - Manage health and safety policies and procedures
• Automatic overdue notifications
• Custom reporting
• Coming in Fall 2025 - Risk Assessment will accommodate custom Workplace Inspection Checklists

Corrective Actions & Automatic Notifications (Incident Reporting)

Corrective Actions in the Incident Reporting module has many time saving features:

• Automatic and/or manually email corrective actions to those responsible for follow up
• Emails contain hyperlink that opens an online form to reply with actions taken
• Uploaded documents are dropped into Document Links
• Automatic notifications if corrective actions are overdue
• Multiple email templates with customizable text, including From, Subject, Email body and PDF attachments
