WSIB Online Form Submission Update #2

E-Form 7 submission error:  204 invalid firm/account number

It has recently been brought to our attention that clients trying to submit E-Form 7’s using Firm Number are receiving an Error message indicating: "204 Invalid firm/account number."

We have been in touch with WSIB and they are currently in the process of addressing this issue.  They expect to have this fixed within the next couple weeks.

Although the E-Form7 may be successfully submitted using the Account number, we are uncertain if there is an impact (i.e. costs) by using the Account Number vs. the Firm Number.

Therefore, in the interim, should you wish to continue entering by Firm Number, we recommend that you print the form in Parklane, then fax your form directly to WSIB.

Parklane will send an updated notification once this issue has been resolved by WSIB Ontario.
