WSIB Online Form Submission Update
New Authentication at WSIB
On Friday, September 13th, WSIB notified Parklane that they would be switching to a new authentication system effective the weekend of September 14/15, 2019. This means, the following steps below must be completed to continue submitting online Form 7s in Ontario.
Based on the volume of support calls we have received this morning, the registration process should take about 10 minutes - provided your Parklane software has a release date of July 15, 2019 or later. If not, you will need to update to the latest release before completing the registration process with WSIB.
Step 1 - Register at WSIB
- Visit WSIB Online Services, or click here
- Log in using the email address and password you signed up with (Image 1)
- Create your new username and password
- If you are registered as a single user at WSIB, skip step 2 and go to NOTE: Single Users of WSIB
Step 2 - Update your Parklane E-Form 7 Information
- Next, open your Parklane - which must have a release date of at least July 15, 2019
- Go to Parklane Security and select your Username
- Click Shift F6 E-Form 7Passwords (Image 3)
- Enter your new login information for WSIB Online Services (Image4)
- IF you are registered as a SINGLE (sole) user at WSIB, then follow Single User steps below
NOTE - Single Registered Users of WSIB
- Open your Parklane - which must have a release date of at least July 15, 2019
- Go to Incident Reporting, More, Options, then Accident Form Variables, Default Worksite
- Enter your new login information for WSIB Online Services (Image 5)

Select About from the main Menu. Release date (highlighted) must be at lease July 15, 2019.
