Hosting Services

Our Hosting Service provides a simplified method of using our software and you retain sole ownership and control of your data at all times.

The necessary resources shift from customer to Parklane. We manage the servers, storage, backups and upgrades. In most cases, all that is required by the customer's IT department is to deploy user access and firewall permissions.

Our Hosting Service is provided from our Parklane offices (Canada) and your data is held in Canada.

Our service is dedicated to Parklane customers only. There are no 3rd party entities using our servers and therefore your data is not exposed to potential vulnerability of other applications.

All functions regarding the service are performed by Parklane employees (no 3rd parties).

To the end user, the hosted system operates the same way as a self-hosted application. All communication between the application and Parklane is encrypted using AES and TLS technologies. We operate over the internet or an established site-to-site VPN if required.

Our redundant services make sure the application is available when you need it. This includes separate internet connections (from different providers), as well as standby power in the event of an extended power outage. Our hosting servers are continuously replicated to a separate data-centre for backup, as well as backed up nightly to make sure your data is safe.
