Our support centre offers an unequalled level of assistance. When you invest in the Parklane System you also invest in a long-term partnership. We maintain a team of experienced professionals who are fully trained in all aspects of the system.  As a customer, you may call or email support as often as necessary.

 

Evolving Design and Updates. Easy and Immediate Access to Upgrades

The annual support agreement ensures that you are not only fully protected in your investment, but also includes all updates and modifications. The system is continuously enhanced and the latest version is always available to you on our website.

Installation

When you acquire the Parklane System, our staff in the implementation department will help configure the system to meet your needs. They will offer advice on the best way to set up your tables and your organizational structure within the system. Parklane's customers receive on-site training and telephone support to ensure that their transition to the use of our software is made as easy as possible.

Other services available on a fee-for-service basis include:

  • Additional (after installation) on-site training
  • Web training: Parklane offers very affordable group or one-on-one training sessions via the Internet.
