Form Letters - All Modules

• When emailing a form letter, easily attach files from your computer or any linked files located in your Document Links.
• Set a default email subject line for each of your form letter templates.
  

 

Incident Reporting:

NEW - Customizable Online Incident Report

The Customizable Online Incident Report is a web-based form that gives Supervisors/Managers and, optionally employees, the ability to report incidents. With this product you can tailor your form to suit your organization’s needs.

• Parklane’s standard questions are pre-loaded into the form.
• Customize field labels using language familiar to your organization.
• Re-arrange questions; exclude questions; add additional questions; determine mandatory questions; customize form behaviour with conditional questions and answers.
• Use your organization branding regarding look and colour.
• Allows for the upload of multiple attachments.
• Allows the user to save an incomplete form that may be completed at a later time.
• The user may print the form prior to submitting it.
• Comprehensive and multiple notification emails are included.
• Supports user authentication using LDAP or Federated Services.
• A link to the completed form is stored in the incident’s Document Links.
• All questions and responses can be exported for analysis.

Statistics and Averages Graph - DH3

This graph provides a variety of incident statistics and averages. Report auto calculates days lost by business days or calendar days.  Choice to calculate days lost for those who have returned to work or for those not returned to work, using today’s date.  Click image to view.

Recall

New Report: B2K Profile /w Logo

Parklane clients have used the B26 Profile to provide employees with a list of their immunizations and tests recorded in Recall. The B2K Profile is similar to B26 but is more conducive for distribution to employees.  It is located on the employee’s Recall Sidebar and can be activated under Security.

 

Risk Assessment

New - Copy Hazards Functionality

The Online Risk Assessment form now lets you copy and paste hazards and their associated controls from one room to many different rooms all at once. This functionality will significantly reduce the time taken recording identical hazards found in multiple areas.

 

Mass Close Controls

Close old, outstanding controls using Mass Close Controls function. This feature allows you to close controls in a date range and populate with a custom resolution. Contact support for more information on this new feature.
