Redacting Sensitive Information

Hello School Boards,

We are developing a solution to redact sensitive information on completed forms regarding Employee’s Report of Workplace Violent Incident, Supervisor's Report of Injury, etc.

This redaction process will allow you to obscure (black-out) sensitive information or replace it with unique identifiers. Your team will have access to original completed forms; but external sources, such as Joint Health and Safety Committee members, will be restricted to redacted copies.

This enhancement will be available at no additional charge, in our KICS* product. We have given this a priority and are working towards an early September 2023 deadline. We are planning a 10 minute demonstration on the redaction in early August and will be sending you further details.

*KICS – Keeping Information Collection Simple

KICS is a Parklane developed product that will replace almost any paper form with a user-generated custom web form that is completed online by staff, 3rd party or the public.

KICS gives you the benefit of locating completed forms effortlessly, without the time-consuming task of shuffling through stacks of paper. Duplicating blank forms and the storage of completed forms will be eliminated. Electronically stored data now gives you the ability to perform analysis on the answers provided by the respondents. KICS also has an option to allow you to create you own custom online incident report that integrates directly with your Parklane System.
