KICS Enhancement

In response to the Hayes award, Parklane will be releasing a new feature where sensitive information can be redacted on a completed form. 

With a redacted form:

  • The original form will be available to KICS users
  • The redacted copy will be available to 3rd parties

The software update will be released in the next couple of weeks. We will send another notification and provide more information on using the redaction feature at that time.

  • We have elected to send you short software update notifications on a regular basis. Given everyone’s busy schedules, we believe this format is better suited than providing quarterly newsletters.
  • This is available in our latest update.  If you need assistance updating your software, contact our Support Team.
  • We maintain a list of all software changes and have many helpful resources such as videos, manuals, etc.
    To access, go to the Home Page in your application and from the tool bar select Updates List  or Help.
