Recall Integration - Onboarding Forms

Effectively manage your employee onboarding with your own custom online form. For those with Recall Integration, all tests/vaccines can be recorded in Recall at once - rather than one test per form.  

Features

• Onboarding form requirements can dynamically change based on selections made (eg. selecting position type)
• Required documents can be uploaded to the form
• Customize form to provide detailed instructions based on your own company policy
• Comprehensive email notifications will notify appropriate parties based on position type/manager, etc
• Mandatory questions ensures document is complete before the form can be submitted
• All tests/immunizations are recorded in Recall on submission

Date Formatting

All dates in KICS will automatically populate the slashes when entering a date.

Incident Integration - Corrective Actions

Person responsible and email will be automatically populated with a new lookup feature on the corrective action section (see image). The ability to type free text remains, however, this lookup will assist in your incident reporting process.

Example: Use this feature on your incident form as a supervisor lookup for the employee. This will allow you to customize an automatic email notification with the attached incident report and have Parklane automatically email the supervisor their corrective action follow up email.

Parklane Updates

Mass Printing of Documents in Parklane

We have significantly streamlined the process of printing documents in Document Links section of the modules. With new functionality in Central Access, you can easily access the required documents and send them to a designated folder where you can:

• Print them
• Zip them into one file, or
• Using a simple process in Adobe consolidate all documents into one PDF (regardless of format).

In Central Access, the new functionality on the Menu is Mass Print Documents.
