KICS Integrated Forms and Document Links
Integrated Forms
KICS can create forms that are used as a front end for the following modules:
- Incident Reporting
- Recall
- Disability Management
- Work Accommodation
- Chart
For those who are currently using Integrated Forms, we have added the features below.

Form Submissions in Document Links
KICS will automatically add PDF Copies of the submitted forms into Document Links
How to Activate:

Open your form in Template Manager and go to the
Integration tab.

Check the box for: Download a copy of the PDF to the
'Parklane Incident' module.

File Uploads in Document Links
With custom File Upload questions in your integrated forms,
you can now choose to have the uploaded files added to Document Links.
How to Activate:

Open your form in Template Manager, and open up the
properties of a File Upload question.

Check the box for: Download a copy of the file attachment(s)
to the *(Integrated Module)* module.
