Personal Email Addresses

Now you may email a Form Letter or a Recall Notice to an employee’s personal email. You have the option to send the email to the employee’s business email, personal or both.

The Personal Email Address can be found on the CC03 Personal Data screen. It can be entered manually or via the Data Transfer.
