Custom Form Letter Email Text You can now customize the email text of your Form Letter Templates! Instructions:
Each time that template is chosen going forward, it will reflect your custom text.
Attendance Reports Update Updated: RHF Occurrences Graph
New Graph: RHH Sick Leave Trends Report Graph This report allows you to examine time codes (such as sick codes) that appear within 1-3 days of another time code. Eg. Identifying employees that take sick time right before/after vacation time. Click here for more information.
Risk Assessment Module Update We are releasing a new webform included in the Risk Assessment module that allows those reponsible (eg. leadership) to access all open controls assigned to them. This online form will allow leadership to close their own controls when complete. This, in combination with the automatic email reminders, will help to ensure all recommendations or controls are addressed. Parklane's Review Dates Worksheet allows you to view all review date tasks that are due, or overdue, across all modules. Clicking "Get Record" will bring you directly to the related record for management. Once complete, selecting "Close" brings you back to the worksheet.
